Sam B helped to reshape my sister’s engagement ring back to a wearable shape. I feel As though he should have said from the beginning that getting it back to the round shape was not something he could guarantee. I will not argue that he is knowledgeable and did what he could to fix the ring but I do not feel he was upfront with what the outcome would be. Charging even the full amount for what did not turn out to be a completed job was not a good look either. If she was told at the beginning all that would have had to happen for it to be round again she would not have left it with him and would have waited to take it back to her jeweler. I understand after speaking with him it’s not guaranteed but that is definitely something they should not assume the customers knows and makes sure that it is understood before doing the work.
