The people are nice for the most part and the tune they put in the car is pretty good. Unfortunately there are some negative experiences as well. I brought my late wife's car in initially for a tune, explaining in detail what had been done to it up to this point. The first quote on price was around 1,000.00. I explained when I dropped off the car that I needed it back by a certain date about two weeks from the drop off date. At a point in the coming days it was explained to me that the computer needed to be removed and sent away to get deleted for the flash they were going to put in it. Then they finally got it back, reinstalled and tuned and said there was a fuel issue and needed a better fuel pump. I agreed to the service and added while they were at it to change the oil and repair a daytime running lamp malfunction. They once again contacted me as to needing a few fuel injectors, claiming that it was misfiring on the dyno. I approved the injector replacement and they sent me an online invoice, which I promptly paid in full. Mind you, I didn't get the car back in time and it was never put on the dyno. When I came to pick up the car. They informed me that I owed an additional over 700 dollars, which I paid. They were not able to show me any of the old parts as good faith that they were actually changed. The check engine light was now on full time unlike just when the engine derated previously. the daytime running lamp was still out, even though I was charged for the service. There was grease all over the left front fender, and a big scratch across the right rear corner of the bumper that wasn't there when the car was left to their care. After 1 day, the car continues to derate and I'm completely dissatisfied with my experience, over 3600.00 later. I'm happy for the people who've had a good experience with these people although I can not say the same for myself.
