Had great service at the FYE Castleton Square store today (12/26/18). I was looking for a small fiber optic lamp and wasn't able to find it. The salesperson, Vincent, took the time to search it out and locate the last one they had in the store. I would very likely never have found it on my own. Lucky for me that Vincent provided such great service! Also lucky that FYE has an employee like Vincent!
