Reviews of Family Powersport in Indianapolis

On 7/7/2021 I purchased a kids quad online for $699.95 from Family Powersport out of Indiana. They took my payment. I received emails saying waiting for more inventory and shipping delays due to covid and might not make it for Christmas. I replied that's ok as long as I get it. Then the website disappeared along with the email contact. I read this happened to a lot of people from this company. I also read they changed their name to Family Funsports or something and are still doing business out of Indiana.
I tried to contact them but no response.
My bank and card holder won't do a charge back because too much time has passed.
I would like a refund from them.
I'm also interested in a lawsuit.

I ordered two cheetah four wheelers for my kids they were so excited. I got a order confirmed email and a call to confirm my order. they told me it was on backorder which is completely understandable with covid and everything happening so I waited for a few months then got a email with every thing they were shipping out. ours was not one of them. we assumed everyone who ordered something on that list got it. then a month or two later we got a email saying we would not be getting them by Christmas time. we waited more then last night we decided to check on our order and we couldn't reach there site and there phone number didn't work. so we tried emailing them and for some reason our email was blocked and then we checked reviews to find hundreds of people saying the same thing. I spent 2000$ on those four wheelers that my kids worked hard to earn. if anyone can help please do.
