Reviews of On the Road Again in Denton

I can not say enough good things about Ryam and his team! I called them during the last snow storm because my truck had stopped on the highway! It was snowing, dark and cold. I told them where I was and they towed my car to my apartment and even offered recommendations on repair shops. I can't thank these guys enough..

I wish I could give them a zero. My daughter had her car towed on 2/21/2017. When she went to pick it up the 3 male employees there harassed her and her friends by cussing and yelling at them. They felt physically threatened by these 3 men who were very hostile. This behavior is unacceptable. We contacted the Denton Police who said they get many calls on this company. The 3 men were bullying my daughter and her friends by trying to cause a fight. The men acted like they were on some kind of TV reality show. I contacted the owner who said she would call me back but of course I have heard nothing from her. CONTACT THE DENTON POLICE IMMEDIDATLY IF YOU HAVE TO GO THERE TO GET YOUR CAR. The staff there is out of control.
