Great job! Excellent personnel! After Planet Duct was done, I had my furnace serviced for winter. The individual wanted to know who cleaned the ducts and furnace. He was quite impressed and said that he would refer them to his customers. By the way, the before and after pics were telling. My wife and I can’t get over how much cleaner the air is coming from the ducts.

Hello,
I just wanted to say that I am one very satisfied customer! Jordan and Brandon Downs was sent over to fix my dryer and they did an amazing job! They were very respectful, polite, and helpful! I felt bad that they had to work on Halloween. But these guys went above and beyond. They showed me pictures and videos of what they did and they kept me updated on what their next move was. Taking the time to do this survey was the least that I can do for these guys to show my gratitude. Thank You for all of your hard work!! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOUUUUU!
