Wonderful company to get your vacuum pumps repaired at. My Edwards rotary vane vacuum pump died on me last month and I have been trying to find reasonable alternatives to repair it instead of having to buy a whole new pump since the repairs were so extensive. They rebuilt my pump for me and replaced the parts that were trashed and I basically have a brand new pump that should last for a long time. The staff was very helpful in answering all my questions and very attentive to my pump during the rebuilding process. Thank you for all of your hard work I am very happy with the service you provided me.

I brought in a vacuum pump that was not working to get repaired and the staff was extremely helpful. They were able to diagnose the pump quickly for the repairs and it turned out to be a simple fix. The pump just needed to be flushed with oil a couple of times, to cause it to pump down to the proper level. They advised me to do this myself in the future to get back to running operation and to change my oil more often. This saved me rebuilding the entire pump, which is what I thought would be needed. They could have told me it needed a big repair, because it wasn't pumping down at all. Thanks A-VAC!
